1 Year 7 Months- Throughout production, I monitored the chemicals used in the HOCW system, cabinet wash, and chemical hand spray guns to maintain proper working condition and documented and corrected the pressure, temperature, and concentration of the chemicals at various stations across the kill floor and chill offal area. and responding to calls and making decisions in a fast past environment
- I was also responsible for checking on different chemical pumps and knowing how to switch between different pump systems quickly and safely to ensure productions runs at all times with proper chemical to ensure USDA food safety standards and to prevent any downtime from halting production
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and protocols throughout the day and ensuring fellow maintenance are following safety regulations and reporting any safety issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed on a schedule

1 Year 1 Month- Worked with a team of 6-8 people unloading merchandise trucks and put out merchandise onto the floor and stocked said merchandise onto the shelf
