Working for Richard Francis has been a great delight and has provided me with extensive knowledge about the law, organization, investigation, and evaluation. Starting off as a receptionist enabled me to utilize my customer service skills, but transitioning to the role of Intake Director has truly allowed me to develop new skills.

I've listed some points below to help you gain a better understanding of my responsibilities.

• Generated reports summarizing case progress for internal use.
• Provided administrative support to attorneys by managing calendars; scheduling appointments; organizing files; preparing correspondence; filing court documents; and obtaining necessary signatures.
• Updated databases with new information received from attorneys or clients.

• Conducted interviews with potential witnesses to obtain statements relevant to pending cases.

B&D Landscaping has given me the opportunity to learn new things about construction, design and planning. I'm currently working on weekends with this company due to the fact that the owner books most of the projects on the weekends. Not only have I gained experience in the labor aspects of landscaping, but I have also begun training for the role of Construction Estimator. I'm currently working out in the field in order to move up into office. I've listed bellow some of my abilities in both field working and new things I have recently learned.

• Installed stonework according to landscape design plan and client specifications.
• Planted bulbs, trees, bushes, and flowers for residential and commercial clients.
• Cultivated and replanted trees and plants to maintain landscaping areas.

R&R was my full-time job and has been one of the best teams I have worked with so far. Known for being fast, consistent and affordable for most clients, working with them has taught me a lot and has brought me many skills and abilities. The owner trusted me enough to allow me to take the lead when he went out of town. I've listed some points bellow to allow you to get a better understanding of what it is that I did.

• Used shears, pruners, and chainsaws to prune and trim hedges and shrubs.
• Used trimmers and chainsaws for grounds maintenance, brush clearing, and tree removal.
• Performed fall and spring cleanup to clear brush and debris.
• Used appropriate pesticides and herbicides, applying appropriately to protect plants.(Chemical preparation)
• Maintained cleanliness and safety of job sites by properly disposing of waste and returning tools and equipment to proper storage locations.
• Developed and maintained efficient irrigation system for outdoor areas.
• When necessary, provided power tool operation.
• Mowing and weed whacking.

I very much enjoyed working as an Insurance Broker considering it was not physical and a lot of studying. Selling, convincing and talking to clients is one of my specialties, I got a lot of compliments on my customer service skills all the time and very rarely clashed with any of my clients or even co-workers. If an issue ever occurred with a client, I was able to de-escalate the situation and carry on. Unfortunately this office was over-staffed and never really tried to give me an opportunity to move up or at least give more hours considering they preferred more staff and this did not work because of my living situation. I've listed bellow some points to help you get a better understanding of my tasks while working here.

I believe Indu set me up for success by teaching me the fundamentals of a solid job. I started off as a Labor for the first month and then eventually moved up to be a builder in a very short amount of time, I got the approval due to my fast-paced working abilities and worth ethic. I was doing great at this company and even sought out to work there for a long time but unfortunately it was one of the first companies to shut down most of their facility due to COVID-19 and they ended up letting go a lot of workers including myself because of this virus. I've listed some points below to help you get a better understanding of my tasks while working here.
