As the Valley Fresh Lead, I am responsible for a small team of employees and ensuring that we maintain tight and efficient production schedules as well as building customer relations. A handful of my duties include coordinating assignments for team members on a daily basis, following strict merchandise notes and executing them to specific demands, as well as writing orders daily and keeping track of inventory while also maintaining streamlined organizational techniques.

Worked closely with cash register software to ensure dollar amounts were accurate and up to date. Responsible for setting up and closing down the software, counting balances and relaying information to upper management. Coordinated assignments for team members as well as on the job training for new hires. Constantly worked with customers to ensure their satisfactory as well as tending their specific needs.

Followed a strict production plan to ensure our department maintained important in stock conditions. Kept track of product inventories and adjusted department needs based on product stock levels, while also maintaining an efficient work speed to keep up with customer demand.
