Alejandro Ortiz

I started working at a steel mill right out of high school through WorkSource. I worked my way up and built relationships with the management that led to becoming full time with Gerdau as a Rework utility, then chose a career path in the Rolling Mill department and became a Rolling Mill utility. I worked hard to become overhead crane operator and defeated a fear of heights, after becoming overhead crane operator I took the opportunity to train as a PFL Operator and succeeded thus becoming the PFL Operator over A crew.

I am excited to start a new career with Arvest, as a dedicated individual that will meet company goals utilizing consistent and organized practices. I am hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure a position with the Arvest team and ready to help the team achieve company goals. As a child my father would take me to his office on occasion where I was able to see first hand what it was like to help the community achieve their dream homes, is what drives me to become a loan-officer.
