Load up and unload powdercoated parts. Prep and get ready material ready for paint. Powdercoated stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and galvanized steel. Maintained a daily schedule for parts and had to keep up with powder inventory. Semi-experience with wet painting using pressure pot applications. Mainly applied primer and base coat. minium experience in clear coat and textured finishes.

Managed daily powdercoat operations. Managed attendance as well as material ordering. Daily communication with customer. We focused mainly on commercial powdercoating with parts 60 ft long up 30,000 lbs. Experience in hanging and loading big material. Powdercoating, sandblasting, forklift driving and packaging. Very involved in operations daily as well making sure schedule was meet. Groundline applications were made every other day applying polycote-110 underground paint to big structural poles.
