- This research aimed to analyze the expression patterns of biomarkers in DFFP-embedded tissue sections across non-cancerous, precancerous, and cancerous tissues. Specifically, the focus was on identifying the downregulation of E-Cadherin and the upregulation of Vimentin during (CRC) metastasis. This was done by utilizing staining techniques and digital microscopy to compare various tissue sections histologically for the upregulation of the vimentin filament and down regulation of E-Cadherin. By understanding these changes, the project aimed to contribute to earlier detection of CRC.
