Perform Drosophila dissections to isolate brain tissue and conduct qPCR on extracted DNA. Utilize genetic cross-breeding techniques to introduce mutations and investigate cellular and molecular pathways involved in frontotemporal dementia. Currently focusing on identifying neuronal dysfunction, synaptic abnormalities, and metabolic and circadian rhythm disruptions in fly models.

Academic Tutor, The Christie Family Tutor Center, Providence College

Part of the Providence College Student Success Center, the role involves providing student-centered academic support while maintaining professional boundaries. Offers individualized and small-group tutoring in the following subjects: BIO 103/BIO 103 Lab, BIO 104/BIO 104 Lab, Physiology/Physiology Lab, Human Neuropsychology, Psychology 100 and 262, Calculus I, R Programming, and MATLAB.

Biology Laboratory Teaching Assistant for Dr. Markert, Providence College

Conducts EEG and electrode application procedures, as well as brain wave analyses using MATLAB, with a current research focus on the effects of semantic ambiguity on reading comprehension. Further maintain lab organization, assist peers during participant sessions, manage supply inventory, and contribute to the writing and editing of research manuscripts.

Social Committee Leader, Providence College Board of Programmers (BOP)
Selected to join a highly competitive student organization responsible for planning and executing campus-wide events, including concerts, festivals, and off-campus trips. Serve as a leader on the Social Committee, designing and co-sponsoring programs that foster cross-class interaction and promote cultural engagement.

Ring Design & Premiere Chair, Senior Ring Weekend 2027, Providence College
Lead coordination with Student Engagement and Leadership (SEAL) staff and external vendors to design the official class ring and manage ring sales. Further maintain ongoing communication with the chosen ring representative throughout the sales period leading up to the Ring Mass. Finally oversee the planning and execution of two major Ring Premiere events (Fall and Spring).
