· Expense Report Verification: Review and verify employee expense reports for accurate General Ledger (GL) coding, billing status, and receipt documentation.
· Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices received from vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
· Vendor Records Management: Maintain and update vendor records to ensure they are current and accurate.
· Vendor Communication: Handle incoming calls from vendors regarding payment inquiries and billing issues, providing clear and timely responses.
· Clerical Duties: Perform basic clerical duties associated with accounts payable, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
