- Organized materials and supplies necessary for daily activities, maintaining a clean, clutter-free space conducive to learning.
- Supported emotional well-being by offering comforting words or gestures when dealing with separation anxiety or challenging situations.
- Promoted a safe environment by supervising children during indoor and outdoor playtime, maintaining vigilance at all times.
- Teaching each student individually as well as in a large group, focusing on what each student needs as well as addressing what is best for the whole group.
- Each student enters at a different skill level, and my afterschool club addresses each level and aids each student in growing their skills.
