WORK STYLE:

 I enjoy finding success and comradery within a group setting. I believe that people working together creates ideas and solutions, accountability, and healthy competition. At the same time, I am a self-sufficient, motivated and resourceful person that also thrives on individual work duties and responsibilities. Working in either capacity, I will be an assertive, strong and effective leader and/or team member.

I prefer a fast-paced environment and can handle stressful situations. I am always engaged and focus on productive and appropriate work . I love making lists and taking notes. This keeps me organized and on task. I do my best to always be prepared, informed and get things right the first time.

COMMUNICATION:

 I communicate with other staff showing respect and professional regard. I have come to appreciate directness and clarity when verbally discussing matters and choose to disengage myself from gossip and unproductive liaisons. I support communication that promotes positivity, 

understanding and advancement of the work/company as a collective unit.

When communicating and interacting with customers/clientele, I conduct a genuinely friendly and inviting attitude. I create and nurture personal connections for the business, and relay gratitude, interest and concern for customer patronage and care. My intent is to be as helpful and proactive as possible to provide customers with an excellent experience they want to share with their friends and families.

PERSONAL:

I love being outside! If I am not at work you can usually find me with a fishing pole in my hand fishing for trout or maybe a 40lb flathead catfish (true story ). Otherwise, I live in the woods crossbow hunting for deer during season or planting gardens around my house. Or possibly constructing a new table or an old barn board birdhouse in my woodworking shop in my basement. Let's just say I am not the usual girl!

I am personally and professionally a prepared and informed person. I love organizing, researching and using computers and traditional techniques to acquire as much knowledge and understanding as I can about everything and anything.
