
I have been in the Customer Service field for over 20 years. I'm a people person and enjoy resolving customers issues and concerns. I have trained new employees and temporary employees to answer customers calls, and address any concerns that they may have as well as teaching a team to interact with the customers to satisfy their personal needs. I have also written scripts for clients as well. Given the opportunity, I can prove to be an asset to any thriving business in the Customer Service field.
