*Schedule and assign staff tasks related to complex conversions and setups for Alamodome events, to include temporary labor staff.

* Supervise and train staff on the proper operation and use of the retractable seating system used for multiple configuration at the Alamodome to include installing the elevated concourse used for arena events

* Supervise and train staff on the proper installation and removal techniques for the Alamodome infill turf system that is used for football games, soccer games, etc. to include maintenance and proper care of the turf.

* Fill in constantly to make ice for ice shows. Operate Zamboni for ice making and removal.

* Coordinate with staff and oversees the management of vital stage and chair setups for concerts and graduations using diagrams provided for the events.

* Manage the responsibilities with Alamodome Event team to ensure all tasks needed for events are completed satisfactory and in a safe and timely manner. Assign and direct staff as needed.

* Coordinate with Alamodome Janitorial, Guest Services and Concessions Partners to ensure they have what they need for events.

* Interview, hire and train new employees according to City of San Antonio policies.

* Work with HR to address personnel issues and take appropriate action as needed, to include Reprimands, Suspensions and Terminations.
