I was hired more of a travel Chef but the Sonoma Raceway cafe was in need of help so I decided to help out and be more of a full time employee. I became a Supervisor about 6 months ago. I am responsible for the daily operations of the cafe. I am responsible for holding everyone accountable for recipe adherence. I am responsible for weekly specials, and food ordering twice per week. I am also responsible for housekeeping, QR Codes for BOH and also for FOH

I am also an Operations Manager at the Berkeley Food Pantry located at 1600 Sacramento st. As the operations manager I am responsible for managing 5 employees and about 150 volunteers. We distribute just shy of 4k individuals in the cities of Berkeley and Albany. Berkeleyfoodpantry.org
