  • Seamlessly transitioned 9 hotels from Colwen Hotel Management to Island Hospitality in 2015.

  • Oversaw the construction of the Marriott Courtyard, which went on to be in Marriott’s highest zone for guest satisfaction from opening & consistently lead the competitive set in all metrics.
  • Oversaw the purchase, closure, renovation and re-opening of the Lane Hotel, a boutique hotel and subsequent conversion to Small Luxury hotels/Clarion? And finally, to a Marriott Fairfield Inn.
