- Completing the project 20% below budget and on time, thereby facilitating improved productivity of the data center staff
- Led the design and execution of water risk mitigation work in all critical spaces, including UPS and PTR rooms in the over 500,000sft of space in collaboration with the data center and engineering group
- This success reduced the risk of water infiltration into critical spaces and corresponding potential down time
- Drove the Funding approval and replacement of 7 PDX critical air conditioning (CRAC) units within PTR and UPS rooms to improve the cooling efficiency of critical rooms
