▪ Lead an IT team of 5 direct reports, 12 indirect reports, plus 20 contracted service delivery staff across Data Center Facilities, Enterprise Telecom (PBX Architecture/Engineering, providing support for 110 voice platforms, distributed call centers, and IT Construction), Telecom Expense Management in 10 countries, Video and Audio Conferencing / Collaboration Technologies, and Deskside Operations providing maintenance and deployment of 8000+ pc and laptops
▪ Direct data center facility management in Broomfield, Atlanta, and London with a total of 32,000 sq. ft of raised floor space
▪ Perform due diligence for M&A opportunities for data center facilities and IT infrastructure
▪ Direct extensive capacity forecasting for power, cooling, and space. Develop short range and long term business plans to address future data center requirements
▪ Manage 10+ technology vendor relationships, negotiating best value contracts for a broad range of IT hardware and services and ensuring performance to contractual specifications
