- Customer service included greeting/picking customers and golf clubs from parking lot as they arrived. Moved and staged their clubs on golf cart while assisting them in the check in process.
- Tended to the customer’s needs. Greeted and helped customers after the completion of their round, which included cleaning their clubs and assisting them back to their car.
- Maintaining driving range which included but not limited to; rearranging hitting stalls, picking the range balls, and cleaning them. Making sure the range machine was properly stocked with range balls throughout the day.
- Contributed to the smooth running of a variety of sizes of golf tournaments to ensure the rules were enforced, pace of play was kept, and customers had a positive experience.
