• I was responsible for twenty eleven year old kids for eight hours a day
• I had to take attendance and ensure their safety during the activities at camp

• I was expected to be adaptable and creative for the kids during the inclement weather, or when the day's activity was cancelled
• I was tasked to ensure that each kid was picked up by their correct parent

• I helped struggling students grasp the course material outside of class
• I assisted the teacher in grading some of the students' essays
• I performed a lesson for the students on summary and analysis
• I aided the class in stimulating conversation during small group work

• Worked under butcher where I acquired the requisite knowledge to assist customers in their purchases
• Learned to make some skillful cuts on meat without heavy machinery
• Had to be adaptable and personable in order to market the appropriate merchandise for the customer
• Had to clean equipment and meat cases

In my senior year of high school I volunteered at our school library where I helped organize books and dust shelves. In this endeavor, I made sure that others located the book of their desire.
