    day-to-day management of Four (4) US-based Program Directors.
  • Ultimately responsible for all US-based Product Development, Content, Market Research, and Event
    execution.
  • Responsible for the Training & Development of the Global Production Department including the US,
    Canada, UK and Australia. Responsible for the preparation, planning and execution of all training courses
    as well as individual-development plans, performance reviews, and coaching for my direct-reports.
  • External Communications: Primary contact for all external clients/partners for project development,

Worked collaboratively with leaders across the US & Western Europe in the development of the event agenda and speaker faculty - including 1-week long, monthly in-person meetings in Barcelona over 6-months.
  • Leadership of the HIT Barcelona Summit led to USD $500k in profit for IBF.
