  • BarTracking: https://github.com/cluffa/bar_tracking is a model implemented in Python and Julia that utilizes deep learning and computer vision to track the path of a barbell when performing a lift. Using a choice of 5-15 million parameter convolutional neural networks and sematic segmentation, it provides plots and a table of position, velocity, and acceleration. I worked on every aspect of machine learning when creating this project; from annotating data, handling data pipelines, designing model architecture, training with GPUs, optimizing, and making the data useful.
