To whom it may concern,

Before working for Acquire in 2019, I had operated my own equipment working as an Owner/Operator leased onto several transport companies hauling a variety of commodities for 13 years.

Ranging from livestock, frac sand, any of the farm grown commodities to multi million dollar loads of downhole drilling tools for the oilfield.

With this came experience in learning the cost savings that come with doing a large amount of the manageable maintenance with both the trucks and other equipment, as well as the paperwork that comes with running a small transport business.

With this comes strict scheduling of both, Pick up and Delivery and keeping communication lines open during the transport process.

The decision to move to west Texas was for change and the opportunity to try something very different, Pressure Pumping.

With that came array of different experience from running the equipment and learning the dangers of such to managing ground crews orchestrating a seamless operation.

From Equipment Operator I went onto Logistics. Organizing the sand orders for each job, the relocation of sand storage equipment for each job, and transport of the product.
