I was a competitive swimmer my whole life. In high school, I would wake up at 3:30 am every day before class to go to practice from 4:15 to 6. After class, I would go home and do homework, go to the gym, and then be in bed by 7:30 pm. This intense schedule taught me a lot about work ethic, time management, and organization. I was able to graduate with a GPA above 4.0 as well as receiving offers to swim Division 1. I accomplished that while doing volunteer work every semester for national honors society as well as doing other sports such as travel baseball my freshman year and golf my senior year.
