I recently traveled to Oaxaca, Mexico to experience a different view of food and have fallen into a world of gastronomy. As a 20 year old with a passion for food I consistently question myself when cooking and want to know more about the food I am preparing. After being in a restaurant for a year and a half and moving up, jumping station to station learning from my fellow chefs, experiencing failure and learning from it. I can say that I have fallen in love with the hospitality industry and food.
Loreto is an all seafood concept on Mexico City seafood culture and a mix of world wide techniques such as French, Italian, Japanese, ect. Serving food from ceviches, sashimi, pastas and whole grilled lobster.
