• Architected and implemented containerized zero trust network platform for the development teams.

• Assist application teams implement their pipelines
• Write Puppet Configurations for managed VMs

• Help application teams troubleshoot applications
• This includes the entire run-time environment from networking to application specifics
• Lead Incident resolution during critical outages
• Author and Product Owner a Self-Service application used for information gather and troubleshooting environments.
• This tool is used across multiple teams and departments with-in Progressive.
• Advocating on behalf of the application teams to lean out operational processes and improve developmental and operational life cycles.

Design, Manage and maintain a mixture of Juniper SRX Firewalls and Cisco ASA which includes managing both corporate site-to-site VPNs and Customer VPNs across 35 locations worldwide. Directing the PKI infrastructure Management and Procedures for the Internal Information Systems Team. Guiding the deployment of cloud networking technologies.

• Improving efficiencies and automating key features with Juniper SRX using Ansible.
• Design and Implement AWS and Azure networking infrastructures.
• Enhancing the PKI infrastructure to support automation across multiple teams and departments.
• Handle security-related incidents, including investigation and remediation.
• Maintained an up to date anti-virus; making sure that all machines were covered and investigating any potential infections.
• Maintained, and leveraged a Threat Intelligence Platform and SIEM platform to provide analysis and information for incidents.
• Manged patch deployment to ensure our environment is compliant and up-to-date.

Spearheaded company’s technical initiatives ensuring technical developments are aligned, and a robust system is in place; identified, assessed, and suggested options for meeting the functional and technical requirements; completed hardware and software updates or upgrades. Maintained a smooth running of the overall day-to-day IT operations; delivered comprehensive IT support to 80+ Ohio-based skilled nursing home facilities and their networks.

• Optimized company's IT performance and overall strategic position; produced all work in a timely manner and to a high-quality standard; handled site-to-site VPN, configuration, and troubleshooting; monitored and maintained Core Cisco ASAs and Cisco Firesight installations.

• Drove FHS' HIPAA initiative. Making sure that all policies related to HIPAA were enforced, or created policies and procedures around HIPAA to make your our company was compliant.
