I began weight lifting after joining the army and am training to join the 1,000 lb club. I became my unit coordinator for PT (Physical Training) and taught new and old soldiers work out techniques. I have had the pleasure of hiking and camping in the mountains and desert of west Texas, as well as southern Germany and the Bavarian Alps.
