  • I use KPIs and metrics to determine business opportunities and create strategies to drive business
  • Most recently, UPT was an opportunity for our store, and I’ve started a role play scenario initiative in which all my educators practice making product suggestion for 3 products in a product story. I give them feedback after each scenario
  • Through coaching conversations, PACE, and in the moment feedback I developed our store’s most difficult and underperforming educator to now be an ACE who delivers some of our best guest experience. I observe her interactions, identify opportunities, and provide feedback as to how her interaction could have been stronger. I also consistently write in her dev log, and share it with her so she is in tuned with her performance
  • I create a culture of consistent feedback among peers
  • I’m a huge advocate for role play, it helps the team to practice their guest interactions in a controlled pressure-free setting and to find the verbiage that works for them. But I also require that after educators practice their scenario, they have to each provide each other with feedback for how the interaction could have been better
  • I’m known to be great at “having the real conversation”, even when it can be difficult
  • This year I managed three educators who breaking policies regarding code of conduct or treating their leaders with disrespect. My delivery was so strong in these scenarios that these conversations resulted in quick and permanent change in behavior from the team member
  • I owned Black Friday prep this Holiday Q4. We didn’t miss a single task, and we ended up hitting our November sales target finishing at 101% to plan. The key to our success was prioritizing educator experience
  • Created excel tools that identify opportunities in KPIs and provides measurable opportunities.

  • For year 2021 my store ended 105% to plan for Mirror fitness device sales, and during some very important months we exceeded expectations substantially. During P11 we ended 156% to plan
  • I lead the team to exceed MIRROR sales target without me for Q2 2022 through feedback and coaching. In other words, I trained the team to sell so well that they hit the sales target without my sales contribution that quarter
  • We ended 167% to plan for sales, and 110% to plan for demos
  • Created excel documents that help identify and quantify opportunities in different conversion rates for MIRROR leads.

long distance running

I've been running marathons for the last 5 years, but I just recently got serious about my performance.  When I lived in Hawaii I fell in love with running on the beach and when I lived in California I fell in love with running trails in the Sierras.  I guess you could say I was running for the views, but I never cared about my pace.  I moved to Austin Texas in 2022 and quickly fell in with the running community.  At my lululemon store we started a weekly run club that went on for the better half of the year.  I met so many people and I was quickly welcomed into the running community.  Aside from out store run club, I consistently ran with 4 other run clubs.  After casually running the Austin Marathon in 2023, with the motivation and support from my peers in the running community, I decided that I was going to train to run the Austin Marathon in 2024 with a sub 3 hour and 45 minute pace.  Running has become a very fulfilling part of my life and my progress toward my pace goal has been an exciting journey.  I owe all of my success and love for running to the Austin running community, and when I move back to California I plan to bring these values of community with me.
