Hello, my name is Alex Helms. I am currently a student nearing completion of certificates in Information Technology and Cybersecurity as well as an Associate of Applied Sciences in Cybersecurity from the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, Idaho. If you were to ask me to to explain a strength that I have, it's my ability to be personable with others. From a young age, I've always been outgoing and friendly to everyone that I come in contact with. If you were to ask me about a strength that I am working on, it would be my ability to give others the benefit of the doubt. I have been teaching myself that not everyone has the same circumstances as me and if I want to help them, I have to give them the benefit of the doubt, in any capacity. If there is a value that I have, it is my ability to protect others to the very best of my abilities. I've always put other people's needs before my own and as I go into the field of cybersecurity, I will be able to exercise that value and strengthen it at the same time.
