I’m currently training a new Foreman to effectively manage jobs and crews, while not being a Foreman myself. I was hired based on my experience with ADA ramps and my profound success rate and expertise. Set forms and pour and finish concrete of various types. Running excavators when needed mostly Komatsu 35 and Komatsu 55.

• I was the Foreman on the Mill Street project in Springfield that consisted of scheduling and working closely with K&E to complete the project, from managing the curb machine and all the flat work and ADA ramps to paving the road.
• Oversaw the implementation of ADA quality standards and compliance for ramp installations. Coached crew leads on best practices to ensure adherence to ODOT compliant ADA ramp specifications. Facilitated training programs for staff to obtain ODOT certification for ADA ramp installations.
