  • My first position at this restaurant was as a dishwasher. I quickly moved to a prep/pantry cook within 6 months. From there, I moved my way up to the fryer, then the grill, and sauté. Then, I was fully trained on all stations. I could be the lead line cook on days when full management was unavailable.
  • I quickly learned my love for the restaurant industry and all that it entails, and wanted to learn more. This explains my move to Washington State to further my culinary adventure.
