Alex Kling

I have passionately coached High School Basketball for four years at Novi High School and Rochester Adams High School. I am eager to take the next step in my coaching journey at the collegiate level and would love to be considered for any coaching opportunities within your program, whether as an Assistant, Graduate Assistant, Film Coordinator, or Director of Basketball Operations. My experience as Head Coach and a Varsity Assistant has allowed me to form a strong cultural approach to coaching and a way to ensure that players can understand the game and then effectively apply their knowledge on the court while being men of integrity. I have worked out players who were selected to the KLAA All-League select team by helping them develop their skills, break bad habits, and read the game at an elite level. Additionally, I've built strong and lasting relationships with all players and their families, which is a key factor in coaching. One of my greatest abilities is communicating with student-athletes and coaches on and off the court, which allows me to help motivate and create a positive, focused, and determined team.
