Lead painter at La Force where I’ve been in charge of making quality a top priority, second only to constant team development and encouragement which I’ve been able to achieve through staying open minded and trying to keep a safe environment with the opportunity for open communication. I am used to working with customers/external business, and different department employees in order to develop new ideas and problem solve. Being a leader has taught me to think about others, manage and motivate myself, develop my ability to make important decisions, and to constantly be looking for ways to change towards improvement.
