Just recently, I have been the Personal Head Chef at the famous Palomar Mt Observatory, where we served high quality 5 star restaurant food of all ethnic back grounds. Including Indian, Chinese, Italian, French, Mexican, Thai, and more!
Before I was the Head Chef, there were no systems to food inventory or food service. After I arrived, we totally and completely transformed the entire space to be a high performance kitchen serving some of the best food ever (not to mention revamping all the systems and procedures)!
