Alex Mays

Motivated medical student with strong experience in academic leadership, clinical research, and health education. Led a study on trauma patient compliance with deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis at Ballad Health, with results presented at a national conference. Currently contributing to an AAMC research initiative focused on improving online resources for medical students. As a medical school tutor, I support peers by enhancing study strategies and fostering deeper understanding. Eager to further explore medical specialties and expand my clinical research experience during my third year.
