Plumbing and Infrastructure Maintenance: Installation, repair, and maintenance: Install, including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in industrial structures.
Collaboration: Work effectively with a diverse team of professionals, including general contractors, electricians, aircraft mechanics, engineers, architects, and other construction personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement efficient solutions.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on a variety of equipment including water fountains, bench grinders, drill presses, battery chargers, aerial lifts, miscellaneous tools, locks and locking mechanisms, doors, windows, plumbing components, electrical components, and lighting components and systems.
Light Construction: Utilize basic construction skills for tasks such as flooring, ceiling, and light electrical work.
