Alex Moss

I am a strong communicator and leader with experience in public speaking, engagement, and interpersonal communication. As a YouTube Content Creator, I built a community of over 100,000 subscribers, honing my ability to connect with diverse audiences, present information clearly, and effectively foster engagement.

Beyond online content creation, I developed professional and respectful communication skills as a security guard at a private lake, where I interacted with visitors and respectfully ensured only members were using the lake. My volunteer work at an elderly center strengthened my empathy and ability to create a welcoming environment, while my experience as a babysitter taught me adaptability, leadership, and general problem-solving skills.

With my ability to engage, guide, and support others, I am eager to contribute as an Orientation Leader, helping new students transition smoothly and feel welcomed to UConn.
