
I have enjoyed teaching aviation skills to all levels for over 25 years. I have loved my time in the training department over these last 5+ years and hope to employ my passion, experience and skill set into the Standards department.
Working along with the HP team to discover relevant and meaningful ways to help the Delta Pilots engage, embrace and implement effective TEM/CRM models.
Working on developing Curricula that promotes Elevate training to the NH INDOC classes (much like DCLC does) and alleviating the burden and time crunch of teaching LCM in the DIG footprints.
Helped co-develop, start and lead the inaugural - present classes of high school students at LCA.
Developed Curricula for the students including Simulator training in Gleim virtual cockpit simulators
Conducted Initial Qualification, Special Requalification, Normal Requalification, Recurrent Training and Upgrade training over the past five and a half years with a customer rating of 4.98/5.00 placing me near the top of my peer set.
Successfully implemented the Leadership, Command and Mentoring syllabus into all of the footprints and have remained as the Elevate fleet SME on the B757/B767.
Was apart of the "Done by One" curriculum team assisting in the creation, implementation and delivery of the DB1 material into all the DIGS for all footprints.
Acted as Safety Chairman at Chautauqua Airlines while also acting as the ASAP ERC union rep.
Worked on Behalf of Pilot group representing All ASAP reports from 2006-2008.
