  • Finished 2024 as the #10 store in the company overall. Ended as the #4 store in conversion and #5 in UPT.
  • District training manager. Trained and developed 2 store managers and 2 assistant managers.
  • New Store Opening Manager. Worked with the "GO team" of 4-6 store managers at store openings in MD, NJ, and NY.
