Summary

I am a seasoned individual with over eighteen years of agriculture related knowledge and experience. I grew up as part of a third generation farming family and after college was employed at an Ag Co-op where I demonstrated efficiency and responsibility while performing the following roles: custom applicator, assisted in operating the seed warehouse, custom seed treater, and I performed Precision Ag services through soil sampling and reviewing results with customers. I made fertilizer recommendations to customers based on soil tests, crop yield, and in-season crop imagery results. I also became experienced as part of the scouting and pest management team that identified and made herbicide and pesticide recommendations to customers.

In the past four years, I used my in-depth knowledge of current farming procedures, crop system and soil management, disease and pest prevention strategies, and beneficial seed selection to maintain stability and grow profits on our generational family farming operation. The ability to be a successful self- employed farmer has taught me to grow my knowledge of farm finance and budgeting management while continuing to use my previous customer relation skills selling seed products for a seed company.

I have been employed with Dakota Agronomy Partners since March 2025. In my time here, I have been given opportunities to form relationships with area growers, increase my knowledge in crop varieties, and advance my skills in agronomy sales.

I am knowledgeable across the field of agriculture, I have a strong work ethic, and I have strong organizational and customer relation skills. I am passionate toward the field of agriculture and will be a team player in order to achieve company goals. I am eager to continue to learn along with advancements in the field of agriculture as well as to grow within this company.
