Alex Silva

As a high school student, I've achieved a lot through my involvement with Tahoe Tallac Little League. I've gained valuable experience in umpiring softball and baseball games, learning the rules and how to make fair, decisive calls. My communication skills have greatly improved by regularly interacting with parents, coaches, and players, ensuring everyone is on the same page and resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, I've played a crucial role in maintaining the fields, ensuring they are in top condition for games. Working in the snack bar, I've learned to serve food, take orders, and handle money efficiently, which has taught me responsibility and customer service skills. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set that I can carry forward into future opportunities.
