I have been working as a Personal Shopper for about 8 months. My key role is to select merchandise that our customers orders online and have it ready in a timely manner.
Use digital tools such as FAST and My HEB app to complete these orders. Provide customer service on the sales floor and during loading customer vehicle.
Using SOP's, I'm able to organize the staging area for future orders, take returns accordingly, and food safety and cleaning standards.
I also communicate to my supervisor for other customer requests and department feedback.
I have been working as an Curbie for a month. I have been able to learn and adapt through the Curbside app to navigate which items to put in, do transfers, returns etc. During downtime when available, I re-bag bags to empty racks, doing audits to make sure all items accounted for, and doing transfers when it is necessary. Able to work at a fast pace even on busy days. I am open to any hours.
I have been working in the CSA position for almost three months. I have learned to use the Partner app for the use of returns, which would already be useful as a Curbside partner. I am also able to move around heavy items when needed. Being a Bagger, I have learned being in a fast paced setting and I am also willing to have flexible hours.
