At Wawa, as a Fuel Attendant, significantly offering customer satisfaction and loyalty through over the top service with an approachable attitude at all times was an absolute must achieve goal to be met. My dedication and attention to safety and ability to mentor and support new staff in a respectful comprehendible manor. My unbreakable work ethic and out going personality offers fellow employees to apply these skills to themselves as well as the work place. I am skilled in customer relations and pay close attention to punctuality and details to make work safer and more enjoyable for all employees, I consistently prioritize tasks and customer request to improve operational efficiency to better suite their needs. I always maintain a positive attitude towards clients and coworkers from beginning, middle, all the way to the end of the work day not allowing myself to be affected by how bad of a day or unfortunate events that come along with life.This ensures a positive attitude shared with all employees and customers resulting in smooth and effective services on and off the clock. Many of customers and coworkers realized my positivity and pride I continue to offer and apply to any hardship or challenge that is brought to my attention ranging from daily tasks, communication skills and attention to small details to make life more enjoyable and pleasurable experience for both the companies customers and fellow coworkers. Most importantly I prioritize safely an effectively performing my role as a fuel attendant to ensure that my coworkers and customers have a positive experience, interaction, and transaction I took part in. Resulting to an overall positive and time efficient experiences for everyone who was in need of the services I provided and continue to provide with constant mindfulness to diagnose room for improvement in any aspect.
