Songwriter and musician. I played several venues with my own band and with my father. Hired to contribute musical arrangements to fully published musical pieces through networking.

As a partner at starnucks, it is my responsibility to deliver friendly customer service and respond to guest questions with clear menu guidance. I also follow drink recipes and portion standards to keep beverages consistent across each order. I maintain a clean service area and restock supplies throughout each shift, and use time management to balance register support, drink prep, and customer needs during rush periods.

I used to work as a part time server for Olive Garden. I was responsible for providing excellent hospitality service by anticipating the needs of all guests and upselling menu items. I also was responsible for learning specials and all menu items as they change. Olive Garden is a high volume fast paced environment which required me to be accurate and have excellent time management to be successful.

I used to work as a fulfillment expert at Target. My responsibilities included working proficiently and quickly to find each item that comes in as an order. Utilizing the Zebra My Device to check inventory, scan items, and log my times. I also used to stock shelves and was trained in service advocacy and engagement, as well as many other aspects of certain departments.
