• Coordinates all scheduling, interview preparation, negotiation, and process guidance for 20+ candidates simultaneously.
• Cultivates strong relationships with executive level clients (C-level, founders).
• Conducts market research and provides data-driven insights to develop customized hiring strategies.
• Leads weekly client meetings to present project updates, gather client feedback, and provide strategic guidance.
• Mentors and provides feedback to multiple Hunt Club Associates supporting client projects.

• Executed all back-end project support (sourcing, market research, candidate communication, and scheduling) for up to 14 executive-level searches at a time
• Created targeted messaging and outreach that elicited a 30% response rate on average
• Built and executed strategy to source top talent for various clients across B2B, DTC, SaaS, Manufacturing, Fintech, Insurtech, Logistics and more
