Performs data review critical to batch release and the productivity of the site, including Environmental Monitoring (viable and non-viable) data, and cleaning records
Collects utility samples to be tested in the QC laboratory, including bioburden, endotoxin, TOC, conductivity, nitrates, compressed air, and nitrogen
Performs EM sampling for classified areas within QC and cross trained in Sterility Assurance to execute EM sampling in classified production areas
Performs SOP revisions
Writes Deviations and events
Contributed to multiple projects within QC, Sterility Assurance, and Utilities such as qualifying new plates, a new compressed air line, and new water line.
Correctly reviews and sends data reports from the environmental monitoring results to the production area
Coordinates RTS sampling with different departments to ensure the correct samples will be collected
Performs other laboratory activities including component release testing, retention sample inspections, plate reading, BSC cleaning, and autoclave wrapping
Contributed to multiple safety GEMBAs with management and EHS to implement safety shields while sampling certain valves
Provides training on QC procedures such as data review, EM sampling, utilities sampling, and autoclave wrapping to new hires
Assisted in achieving company objectives by providing accurate and timely data analysis
Participate in interdepartmental meetings for better communication between QC and other areas such as Production or Utilities
Inspected raw materials and finished products to verify quality
Evaluated samples against standards by completing measurements, visual inspections, and other established tests
