Through this experience, I provided academic support and guidance to students with disabilities, facilitated group discussion sessions on topics such as study skills, college preparation and career exploration, assisted with the development of individualized plans for student success, and encouraged positive behavior among mentees by modeling appropriate conduct at all times.

Through this experience, I provided support to students by answering questions regarding course material, developed instructional plans for individual student needs, guided students individually or in small groups on specific subject matter areas, and prepared instructional materials prior to sessions such as handouts and/or worksheets.

Through this experience, I provided leadership and guidance to team members, ensured that tasks were completed on time and to a high standard, developed strategies to increase team productivity and improve customer service levels, and delegated tasks appropriately according to individual skill sets.
