Responsibilities: direct patient care in NICU, ER, ICU, Med/Surg, Pre/Post-Op areas including but not limited to - all ventilator management with Avea, Servo, HFO, Jet, Bipap, Airvo, and Nitric Oxide. Assisting at bedside with intubation of all ages, providing breathing treatments, administering surfactant, perform car seat studies, provide critical patient transport, and attend all high-risk deliveries. Daily rounding with physicians and all other ancillary staff, and responsible for ETT placement during all chest Xrays. Respond to all codes and medical emergencies. Precept all new employees. Assist with staffing, scheduling, supply ordering, and training of staff with new equipment/policies. Teach the class NICU Ventilation Strategies quarterly to all new nursing staff at NICU Fellowship. Attend and participate in various monthly committees.

Respond to all codes and medical emergencies. Attend all high-risk deliveries, provide surfactant, critical patient transport, and obtain car seat studies. Provided equipment, supply, and training knowledge for initial hospital NICU opening. Assist with staffing and scheduling. Precept new staff.

Responsibilities: all neonatal and pediatric care in NICU, PICU, ER, Med/Surg, Pre/Post-Op areas. Ventilator management with Servo, Draeger, HFO, Nitric Oxide, Heliox, Nitrogen. Provide breathing treatments, pulmonary toilet, surfactant therapy, suctioning, blood gas interpretation. Respond to all codes and medical emergencies. Provide critical patient transport, attend all high-risk deliveries. Precept new staff.
