2025 MIX tour

• I served as the eyes, ears, and voice of reason behind the scenes of our 4 day production. Responsible for stage setup and teardown of each event, this role required attention to detail and a servant’s heart.
• Utilizing "Planning Center" as the main platform for the ROS, I was responsible for updating this, and communicating any changes made to FOH production, as well as the talent.
• Developed efficient methods for organizing backstage areas prior to shows and events. Kept inventory of all props backstage and communicated any damaged or misplaced to headquarters in Joplin.
• Responsible for managing the flow on and off stage, I worked closely with all on-stage talent including bands, hosts, Emcees, and various guest speakers. I also made costume alterations when needed, built props, kept backstage area organized, and changed mic/pack batteries daily.

• Starting off as a Sales Associate and quickly being promoted to Assistant Sales Manager for 'House of Prom,' I was responsible for not only supporting our sales team in achieving monthly sales targets, but I cultivated an environment where young women feel beautiful and empowered.
• Collaborated with marketing to promote store events and sales, while I successfully created our store TikTok, produced unique content weekly, and gained a following from our target market.
• Executed inventory management and maintained stock levels.
• Taught new associates sales tactics and performance improvement techniques.
• Maintained a visually appealing store environment through merchandising efforts.
