Smock Control Process

• Leading a $2K, two week implementation of a manager-controlled smock distribution system for 1,800 employees to prevent loss and improve accountability
• Gathered manager input throughout the project; facilitated a fishbone diagram brainstorm, built tracking spreadsheets, trained managers, and communicated the new system to all stakeholders.
• Projected approximately $20K in savings through improved inventory control and accountability.

Cost Reduction Project

• Supporting site's $4M cost savings initiative by detailing corrective actions for scrap, rework, and product revisions.
• Helping lead Grainger vendor discussions for consumables control vending machines.

• Improved workshop check-in and check-out processes using Pareto charts, flowcharts, 5S recommendations, and stakeholder presentations.
• Collaborated with faculty on time studies and workflow improvement opportunities.
