This is my current Job. My duties included watering plants and general up keeping of the lawn and garden center.
I am trained as a receptionist and general service representative. This job further helped improve my customer service skills and my computer skills. During my shift I send out most of the communications with customers, serve any customers that comes in, take most of the incoming calls, make payments, figure out billing problems, and in general help customers with any changes that they need to their polices. This job further improved my customer service skills and my computer skills and my computer skills. It also taught me a lot of adaptability since our computer system was always changing and updating in different ways.
I was trained to be a waitress, cashier, and hostess. During my shift. I would be serving multiple tables at once, helping with the cash register, helping seat people, doing basic kitchen skills, and cleaning. Because I was trained in so many positions, I was usually the person they would rely on to cover people and I was also the person that often trained the new hires. This job also gave me proficient skills in cash register/card reader usage, skills in cutting and preparing multiple dishes, using heavy duty can openers, waitressing and customer service skills
I was a custodian for a local Edward Jones office. I would clean the bathrooms, offices, kitchen, seating area, and windows. Cleaning included vacuuming, sweeping, kitchen appliances, bathroom appliances, counter tops, taking out trash, dusting, and moping
I was a classroom worker. During my shift I would take care of kids of all ages and clean. Here I was the highest rated out of the student workers. From here I made development in skills such as childcare, communication skills, multitasking and cleaning
