Alexa Moreno

• Working with multiple students simultaneously from the ages 3-12 (including those on the autism spectrum)
• Participated in the new online system of Zoom classes and online working and grading as well as in-person simultaneously
• Grading and preparing student classwork and homework as well as administering tests
• Supporting students to adhere to the Kumon Method and center procedures
• Exemplifying strong customer service to provide an excellent experience to students and parents
• Providing feedback to students and communicating student progress to parents and the Instructor as needed

Kids World Attendant

• Extensive childcare including feeding, thorough cleaning of the rooms, continued supervision of ages 6 months- 12 years, entertaining, aid, and reacting accurately to time-sensitive situations

Birthday Party Attendant

• Attending birthday parties through setting-up food and decorations, serving food, continued assistance for an extended period, cleaning up, charging remaining balances, and confirming that the outside bounce house company was on time and set-up

Camp Counselor

• Running summer and winter camps by following a set schedule of activities, managing up to 14 children alone, and taking children to outside areas for supervised physical activities

• Main floor customer assistance with customer service, aiding in finding products, arranging online orders, opening dressing rooms, and tidying an aesthetically pleasing floor for customers
• Stock room and organization by ensuring all items were organized correctly
• Cashier through monetary handling, assisting returns, processing purchases, and retrieving online orders in a quick-paced environment
